At weBoost, we take pride in the workmanship and quality of our products. We value each of you as customers and are grateful for your support and business. That is why we are committed to making our return and exchange process simple, quick, and headache-free. Products purchased directly from us are covered by our 30-day return policy and can be returned free of charge. This includes both new and weBoost certified refurbished products.
Return Process
We want you to feel completely satisfied with your weBoost purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within the first 30 days, you can return your weBoost product purchased directly from us for a full refund. We are pleased to provide every customer with a simple, hassle-free 30-day return policy.
- Call us at 866-294-1660, send us an email, or visit weBoost.com and chat with one of our incredible Customer Support representatives and let them know you'd like to make a return. Please have proof of purchase ready.
- Ship your weBoost product back to us.
- After your product has been returned and received by us, you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 business days.
Manufacturer's Limited Warranties
2-Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. Wilson Electronics, LLC for its weBoost brand (“weBoost”) gladly warranties all of our home and vehicle cell signal boosters and kits for 2 years from the date of purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) against any workmanship or material defects. To take advantage of our manufacturer's warranty, you will be required to return your weBoost product to us, along with your dated proof of purchase. We ask only that you pay for the return shipping. If your product is covered by the warranty, we will replace your product or any defective parts and pay for the delivery of the replaced product back to you if you are located within the continental U.S. or Canada.
3-Year Manufacturer's Limited Warranty. weBoost proudly includes a 3-year manufacturer's warranty for allbusiness cell signal boosters and kits. These products are warrantied for 3 years from the date of purchase or date of delivery (if later than the date of purchase) against any workmanship or material defects. To take advantage of our manufacturer's warranty, you will be required to return your weBoost business booster kit to us, along with your dated proof of purchase. We ask only that you pay for the return shipping. If your product is covered by the warranty, we will replace the product or any defective parts and pay for the delivery of the replaced product back to you if you are located within the continental U.S. or Canada.

The Fine Print
Please note that our manufacturer's warranty does not apply to signal boosters or kits if the product has been damaged by the customer. And, just a friendly reminder that failure to use a surge-protected AC power strip with at least a 1,000-joule rating will void your warranty. This warranty also does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, alteration of the product, negligence, or if the original factory serial number has been removed or altered in any way. This warranty is limited to the original, end-user purchaser in the United States. There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WEBOOST BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES BASED UPON BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR STRICT LIABILITY. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
Because weBoost cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, our weBoost policy is to honor product warranties and to perform services on those products purchased only from an authorized dealer with a receipt or proof of purchase, unless otherwise prohibited by law. If you happened to have purchased a weBoost product from an unauthorized dealer, your warranty will not be valid. weBoost reserves the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
